I have two goals for the next 12 months, one is strength-wise and one is body composition wise. These are the minimum stats that I want to achieve.
Body composition: I want to get to around 80kg at 10-11% body fat.
Strength (1 Rep Max): Bench Press – 100kg, Squat – 130kg, Deadlift – 150kg, Overhead Press – 50kg
If I can go over these stats, then it would be perfect! As long as I am consistent these numbers should be achievable.
